A little behind....

I am a little late on this post but better late than never!! Sweet Landon is 10 months and I never posted his 9 month stats...bad mommy!! He is such a big boy...he is wearing 18-24 month clothes, eating anything and everything he can get his little paws on, says mama and dada and a bunch of just super cute sounds, when he gets super excited he shakes his head around like he is a rock star, he has started to let go of things when standing and soon falls down with laughter, he loves to turn bath time into his version of wet n' wild, he wants so badly to be like his big sister and just do whatever she does, sleeps 12 hours (7:30 to 7:30), loves to chew on my heals, he hates getting dressed and his diaper changed, waves and claps his hands, and is simply the happiest and best baby...oh and my absolute obsession!! Ava's 3 year update and party coming soon!!

Mother's Day

Mother's Day was absolutely the BEST Mother's Day I have ever had as a mommy!! I decided this year I just wanted to spend some good quality time with Tyler, Ava and Landon. Things have been a bit crazy lately with jobs (leaving old ones and starting new ones) moving (buying a new house and getting the old one ready for tenants) and just life in general. So, I felt like my perfect Mother's Day would be spending a relaxing day with just the 4 of us! We packed an awesome picnic with lots of goodies from Central Market and went to the Arboretum for some good family time. We found a perfect spot in the shade and parked there for a couple of hours...eating, laughing and just playing with the kids. Ava of course was in heaven with the huge area she had to exert her ENDLESS amount of energy and Landon had so much fun rolling around and being is sweet little self! When we got home I took a nice long nap with Landy Lou and Tyler went swimming with Ava. It was a PERFECT Day!! The next day I had a girls night with Mom and Lindsey at Sullivans. We were supposed to meet there for a drink and appetizers and then go see a movie....however we had way too much fun and ended up staying and of course missed the movie! I just have to send a special message to my amazing MOM...You truly are one of a kind and I love you more than I could ever express! You are my best friend and the biggest role model in my life. I love you so much and am so incredibly thankful to have you as my MOM!!
